MILL COTTAGE - Your Premium Stay in Paignton, Devon

The Old Mill and four single-storey cottages occupy a shared courtyard with a pond and fountain. Each cottage retains original roof beams and stone walls from the former farm buildings. Outside, all cottages have private seating areas with outdoor furniture, and the grounds include a graveled and grassed courtyard with a barbecue.

Mill, Rose, and Daisy Cottages each offer a double bedroom with en-suite and a second bedroom with two single beds. Jasmine Cottage provides a double bedroom with en-suite and one single bed, while The Old Mill has five bedrooms sleeping ten. The Old Mill bedroom one features a king-size bed with en-suite, and all open-plan living spaces include a Smart TV and DVD player.

The cottages sit in a tranquil village less than three miles from the sandy beach at Paignton. Torre Abbey Sands and Goodrington Sands are within driving distance, and the South West Coast Path offers cliff-top walks. Dartmoor National Park is easily reachable by car, and attractions include Paignton Zoo, Newton Abbot Racecourse, and Babbacombe Model Village.
